DETROIT - Timothy Jones, the man charged with being an accessory to the murder of a Detroit mother, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday and will stand trial.
He'll be arraigned on July 2. His bond remains at $50,000.
Alicia Fox's body was found earlier this month in an abandoned home. She had been shot to death.
Her husband, Erin Justice, has been charged with murder in her death and is being held in a Georgia prison.

Jones is accused of helping Justice after the slaying.
Meanwhile, Fox's two children, 8-month-old Kristian Justice and 6-year-old Kaylah Hunter, are missing.
Family members, police and volunteers have been looking for them since their mother's body was discovered.
Police have said blood evidence was found in the home Fox and her husband lived in, but they have no concluded whether it belonged to the mother or her children.
