He returned a short time later and asked for money, threatening the clerk with a silver semi-automatic handgun, the sheriff's office said.

The man got away with an undisclosed amount of money, but no one was hurt.

The sheriff's office on Monday released surveillance photos of the man. He was wearing a dark brown jacket, blue jeans, tan work boots and a tan knit hat.  He was also wearing black sunglasses and had shoulder-length, braided hair. It appeared that he was wearing a fake mustache, the sheriff's office said.
