The aspiring rapper says he ran away from home when he was 12 and has been in and out of shelter systems since he was 16.

In a self-written lawsuit in Brooklyn, Bey accuses his parents of causing him mental anguish and for making him feel "unloved and beaten by the world."

His mom Vickie and stepdad Bernard Manley also live in public housing and say they are in no position to hand over the large sum of money.

His mother also told the New York Daily News, "I say go get a job. He's never had a job a day in his life."

Bey says he would drop the lawsuit if his family would simply sit down at the dinner table with him.
