LIVONIA, Mich. – After Livonia residents living near the Interstate 96 construction area complained about the overnight noise, the Michigan Department of Transportation says their will no longer be demolition to the bridges overnight.
The short time crews were given to complete the project forced them to work through out the night, and MDOT had gotten the go-head from Livonia to work with loud, heavy machinery overnight.
