The state of Michigan is asking drivers to give feedback on the impact of construction projects.
On its website, the Michigan Department of Transportation is recruiting "Road Watchers" to tell the agency what they experience as they encounter a project.
MDOT spokesman Rod Morosi said watchers are asked to answer nine questions about their driving experience.
"What did you see in this work zone that you were not comfortable with, what occurred here in the signage leading up to the work zone, was this adequate for you," Morosi said.
The "Road Watchers" website also has a comment section, which may give some drivers an opportunity to vent their frustrations.
MDOT spokesmen are ready to deal with strong criticism from frustrated drivers.
With the website just getting started, MDOT cautions that it may be weeks or months before suggestions for changes are implemented at construction sites.
