The office said she and her 1-year-old daughter were thrown from the SUV while her 4-year-old son was secured with a seatbelt.

They are all in serious condition at the University of Michigan Hospital.

The office said a preliminary breath test revealed Fliam's blood alcohol level was 0.185 – just over two times Michigan's legal limit.

Fliam could be charged with operating while intoxicated, child endangerment and child abuse/neglect.
