DETROIT – A southeast Michigan mother is accused of driving drunk Friday night and flipping her SUV with her two young children inside.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office said 22-year-old Teddyjo Fliam of Fenton allegedly ran a stop sign on Center Road near Old US-23 before losing control of her Toyota SUV and hitting an embankment.

The office said she and her 1-year-old daughter were thrown from the SUV while her 4-year-old son was secured with a seatbelt.
They are all in serious condition at the University of Michigan Hospital.
The office said a preliminary breath test revealed Fliam's blood alcohol level was 0.185 – just over two times Michigan's legal limit.
Fliam could be charged with operating while intoxicated, child endangerment and child abuse/neglect.
