EAST LANSING, Mich. – A Michigan State University football player is accused of waiving around a gun during a road rage incident Monday night on the East Lansing campus.

East Lansing police say Delton Williams, who is listed as a sophomore running back on the team, showed the gun about 7:30 p.m. during a road rage incident at Farm Lane and Red Cedar Road.

He is charged with brandishing a gun, which is a 90-day misdemeanor. He was arraigned and released on a $500 personal bond. He is scheduled to be back in court April 15.

Williams has been suspended indefinitely from all Michigan State football team-related activities.
