INKSTER, Mich. – Detectives from the Michigan State Police Department are investigating a murder that happened shortly early Monday morning.
According to MSP, a 27-year-old man was driving around with friends in the city of Inkster when their vehicle broke down shortly after midnight near John Daly Street and Michigan Avenue due to a bad transmission. The victim pushed the vehicle with the assistance of another driver in a silver four-door vehicle.
The victim was shot about ten minutes later, authorities said.
Police are looking for the individual that helped assist the victim.
