Headline Goes Here

DETROIT -  U.S. Coast Guard crews are out on the Great Lakes removing the summer buoys.

Starting this week crews will be out daily to replace them with winter buoys which is a sign that cold temperatures are on the way.  Buoy tenders are hard at work on the Great Lakes.

Coast Guard Station Detroit covers the western half of Lake Erie, Detroit River, Lake St Clair and the lower half of Lake Huron.
