PONTIAC, Mich. – An Oakland County judge gave defense attorneys more time before a pre-trial hearing for two young men charged with the baseball bat beating death of a Farmington Hills father and the severe beatings of his wife and son.
Tucker Cipriano, 19, and his friend Mitchell Young, 20, are charged with murder for their alleged roles in the April 16, 2012 attack that killed Tucker's father Bob Cipriano and critically injured his mother, Rose, and 17-year-old brother, Sal, at the Cipriano home in Farmington Hills.

The men were scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing. However, the judge decided to give their defense attorneys more time to prepare for the hearing.
A trial date has been set for June 10 but no date has been scheduled for when the suspects will appear in court for a pre-trial hearing before the June date.
Meanwhile, the suspects remain behind bars.
