PONTIAC - A man has been charged with murder in what authorities say was the fatal shooting of a 33-year-old man after several hundred people had gathered at a Pontiac party store to watch workers light fireworks.
The Oakland County sheriff's office says Robert Marion Naylor was arraigned Saturday in Pontiac District Court.
Wilfred Lee Donaldson was shot in the head and killed and five others were hurt in the shootings late Thursday night outside the Perry Palace Party Store.
Naylor faces 14 counts, including second-degree murder, attempted murder and felon in possession of a firearm.
He's being held at the Oakland County jail without bond.
