The National Football League has a new bags policy for the coming season.

The NFL is now limiting the size and types of bags that will be allowed into stadiums.

According to the new guidelines, small clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags can be no larger than 12-by-6-by-12.

Fans can also bring a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag  or a small clutch bag. The following items are not allowed: coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs and seat cushions. The changes start this preseason.
