The 44-year-old was charged with having open intoxicants in a vehicle and had a blood alcohol content of more than .17 percent. The legal limit is .08 percent.

The judge dismissed the super drunk charge against Warren and the open intoxicant charge after she pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Video from the backseat of a Novi police car shows Warren slipping out of her handcuffs. She tried to hand the cuffs to the officer who told her not to throw them out of the window.
