Man caught on camera stealing packages

OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Deputies are searching for a man seen on surveillance camera stealing packages from an Oakland County home.

The homeowner told deputies there were packages delivered to the residence and left on the front porch, but when the homeowner arrived, the packages were gone.

The home is equipped with a surveillance camera which clearly shows the person responsible, as well as the vehicle of the suspect.

Detectives are now looking for a heavy set, white male, 20 to 30 years old.

The man was wearing an orange "Cedar Point" sweatshirt with black sweat pants and a black knit cap.

The driver of the vehicle appears to be a heavy set, white male with dark hair, wearing a Carhartt type jacket.

The vehicle seen in the surveillance video is described as an early 2000s, black Pontiac Grand Prix.
