Obama to sign farm bill Friday at Michigan State University

DETROIT – President Barack Obama plans to sign the new farm bill Friday at Michigan State University.

The nearly $1 trillion farm bill received final approval on Tuesday from the Senate, which sent the compromise already passed by the House to President Obama to be signed into law.
