NOVI, Mich. – Things soon will look different at the former site of the Novi Expo Center.
On Wednesday, owners of the site on the south side of Interstate 96 at Novi Road unveiled tentative plans to redevelop the 25 acres into offices for medical-related business and a hotel.

No plans have been finalized. It could be up to a year before the project moves forward.
It would be an investment of about $100 million.
