Police said Fuqua and another man robbed the Jared Jewelry at 14 Mile and John R roads and then took off, leading police on a chase until they crashed into another car.

Fuqua was arrested near the scene, but police are still looking for the second man.

Two people who were in the car that Fuqua's hit are still hospitalized in critical condition. Their names have not been released.

Police said Fuqua is also charged with one count of larceny from a person for a previous incident that happened at the same store in September of 2012.
