Pair charged with murder for alleged roles in 2012 attack on Tucker's father Bob Cipriano

PONTIAC, Mich. – Tucker Cipriano, 19, and his friend Mitchell Young, 20, appeared briefly in court Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing.

The pair are charged with murder for their alleged roles in the April 16, 2012 attack that killed Tucker's father Bob Cipriano and critically injured his mother, Rose, and 17-year-old brother, Sal, at the Cipriano home in Farmington Hills.

Tuesday an Oakland County judge gave defense attorneys more time before the hearing for two young men charged with the baseball bat beating death of a Farmington Hills father and the severe beatings of his wife and son.

On Wednesday, Judge Shalina D. Kumar asked both the defense and the prosecution to confirm that they did not conduct a pre-trial in chambers yesterday.

A trial date has been set for June 10. Meanwhile, the suspects remain behind bars.
