Two 17-year-old girls approached by stranger in Lake Orion

Police on lookout for man who approached 2 women at Lake Orion McDonald's

LAKE ORION, Mich. – At about 10 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, two 17-year-old girls stopped at the McDonald's on S. Broadway in Lake Orion.

Shortly after the girls entered the store a lone white male entered the store. The girls completed their purchase, left the store and got into their car. The unknown man immediately followed them out and as the girls were getting into their car one of them noticed the man gazing at them.

The girls locked their doors just before the man pressed his face against the window. The man tried to open the door several times then began banging on the window.

The girls tell police they have no idea why the man would have approached them. There were no traffic altercations or incidents before they went to McDonald's.

The man is described as white, between 24 and 35 years old with short dark hair, a mustache, about 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing between 230 and 285 pounds and wearing a pullover sweater with horizontal black and blue stripes, blue jeans and tennis shoes.
