Happy Presidents' Day on Monday! It will be mild, again, with highs in the mid 50s -- 20 degrees above average. Skies will be mostly sunny.

The rest of the week, do not be surprised if some trees or flowers are fooled and release some buds prematurely. Afternoon temps will be in the 50s Tuesday through Friday. Nighttime and early morning temps will be in the low 40s.

There is the chance of showers this week but only on two days; Tuesday and Friday. Rain will likely fall those days; not snow. Absolutely astounding for February in Motown.
