A mom who was recorded on cellphone video encouraging her son to join in a fight at Walmart is now facing charges.
Amber Stephenson has been charged with neglect of a dependent and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Stephenson is heard telling her 6-year-old son to hit a woman she is physically fighting in the store.
A customer recorded the brawl, which has gone viral on social media.
In the video, Stephenson's son begins to hit and kick the other woman -- and also hit her with a shampoo bottle.

Stephenson does not face charges for the punches she threw in the fight.
Contributing to the delinquency of a minor is a misdemeanor, but the neglect of a dependent charge is a felony that could lead to jail time for Stephenson if she's convicted.
