Her probable cause hearing is scheduled for Nov. 30. The preliminary exam is scheduled for Dec. 7.

Dupree is not allowed to have unsupervised visits with her infant daughter. She is accused of arranging to meet the infant and her foster mother Tuesday in Detroit before the child's doctor's appointment.

Police said that after the foster mother removed the child from a car seat, Dupree grabbed the child and ran away. The foster mother called 911 and an Amber Alert was issued.

Dupree and the infant were found Tuesday night in the 9100 block of Everts Street in Detroit. The child was unharmed and Dupree was taken into custody.
