Motorcyclist killed in crash on I-96 in Detroit

John Arthur Hill's motorcycle crashes into back of car, 2 others hurt

DETROIT – A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday night when he collided into the back of a car on I-96 on Detroit's west side.

Police said 67-year-old John Arthur Hill's motorcycle crashed into the back of a Cadillac while he was going eastbound in the local lanes of I-96 between Evergreen Avenue and the Southfield Freeway.

Hill died.

Two people inside the Cadillac were treated for minor injuries.  

Police haven't said what may have led Hill's motorcycle to crash.
