NORTHVILLE, Mich. -

Northville police are investigating a head-on collision that killed two people Wednesday afternoon.

Police said an 82-year-old driver in a Ford F-150 pickup truck was going westbound on 8 Mile Road near Sports Park Drive when he crossed the center line and hit a 26-year-old in a blue Mercury head on.

Both drivers were killed.
