Three people charged in a shootout that left six Detroit riverboat passengers wounded will stand trial.
Latoiya Mitchell-Thomas, her husband Michael Thomas, and LaDon Richard were bound over to circuit court Thursday by 36th District Court Judge Shannon Holmes.
They'll be arraigned Nov. 15 in Wayne County Circuit Court.
The shootings occurred on the Detroit River on Aug. 6 after a fight broke out between the couple and another woman on the Detroit Princess.
Mitchell-Thomas is charged with assault with intent to murder. She's accused of firing into a crowd from a car after passengers left the boat. Michael Thomas is charged with felonious assault and battery.
Richard is charged with attempted murder on accusations she shot Michael Thomas after the initial shots were fired.
