HOWELL TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Four women who allegedly stole $2,300 in merchandise from various stores at the Howell Township mall are behind bars in Livingston County.
Danielle Darneisha Goree and Marijo Williams, both of Grand Rapids, and Imon Ashantice Swanigan from Charlotte, N.C., have been charged with first-degree retail fraud.

A fourth woman identified only as Jane Doe of Grand Rapids, was arrested but reportedly gave several phony names to police.
Police say an employee at the Polo store in the Tanger Outlet Center of Kensington Valley called to report that four women and four males were in the store and that she later saw the women remove the license plate from a Chevrolet Impala.
Police watched as the women got into the car without a plate, and drove toward the Gap store.
The women were stopped by police as they left the mall.
At that point, police say, the license plate was back on the car.
"The deputy could see in the back of the car, and they had clothing with tags on them," the sheriff said.
Police say driver Williams admitted to stealing from the mall and to removing the license plate so no one could report it.
Police are working to identify the forth suspect who was arraigned as Jane Doe.
A search of the car revealed stolen children's clothing from Osh Kosh B'Gosh, shoes from Coach and clasps from Home Depot in Genoa Township.
Other items found in the car included numerous circuit breakers, wire, wall switch-plate covers, numerous bottles of shower gel, fragrance mist, moisture cream and body cream from Bath and Body Works, and a shirt from Under Armour.
