A judge has ruled the man accused of killing his father in a baseball bat attack is fit to stand trial for murder.
Tucker Cipriano, 19, is charged with murdering Bob Cipriano on April 16 in his Farmington Hills home.
He is scheduled to be back in court Oct. 31.
The teen's mother, Rose, and 17-year-old brother, Sal, spent weeks in the hospital recovering.
Tucker Cipriano’s friend, Mitchell Young, is also charged in the attack. Young has a court hearing Wednesday.
