Authorities are investigating what appears to be a couple's double murder inside their West Michigan home.
MLive.com and WOOD-TV report Friday that 56-year-old Joseph Cherneski and 55-year-old Patricia Van Dyke were found Thursday afternoon in the rural Newaygo County community of Brohman.
The couple had been shot. There were no signs of forced entry into the home, located about 50 miles north of Grand Rapids.
Police say Cherneski and Van Dyke were seen alive about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
