Walled Lake Western High School teacher accused of having porn on Internet browser

Students tell principal teacher's web browser history included pornographic websites which were projected in class

WALLED LAKE, Mich. – A teacher at Walled Lake Western High School has been placed on leave amid allegations from students that he projected pornography from his computer while in class.

A letter from the school principal to parents said the teacher accidentally projected his web browser history in front of students on Tuesday. The history included pornographic websites.

Students told the principal who then decided to place the teacher on leave. The teacher has not been back to school since Tuesday. Many parents don't want the teacher to be allowed back at Walled Lake Western again.

"I would definitely want that teacher to be fired," said Julie Bielawski, a parent at the school. "And not have any part of being around the kids with that kind of behavior."

The school said the teacher will remain on leave until an investigation into the claims is completed.
