Warren man reports medical marijuana robbery to police
Man says he was pistol-whipped, shocked with stun gun before pot, $2,200 stolen from Warren home
Police in suburban Detroit say a man reported 3 pounds of marijuana intended for medical use and $2,200 in cash stolen from his house during a break-in.
The Macomb Daily of Mount Clemens reports the man told police that two men entered his home Sunday night in Warren, pistol-whipped him and shocked him with a stun gun.

Police Commissioner Jere Green says the man who was robbed "was not very cooperative" with investigators.
The man went to a hospital for treatment following the break-in.
According to police, the robbers may have known the man had marijuana at the home.
Michigan voters in 2008 approved the use of marijuana for medical reasons, but parts of the law are being challenged in court.
