Watch: Body found at Rouge Park

Local 4 has learned the body was found behind the Rouge Park horse stables by a man and his son who were looking for turtles in the water. At about 1:30 p.m., they saw what appeared to be a headless body floating in about 3.5 feet of water.

The man, Anthony McGeary, called 911.

"It's heartbreaking. I mean, it's somebody's daughter, mom, sister," McGeary said. "It's just disturbing, to say the least."

McGeary said the body was partially clothed and badly decaying.

Police had not officially identified the body.
