Ypsilanti Township man shot during robbery Monday night
Victim tells authorities he was shot walking through apartment complex on South Harris
An Ypsilanti Township man was shot in the leg Monday night during a robbery, The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office said.
The Sheriff’s Office said the 39-year-old victim told them he was walking through an apartment complex in the 1100 block of South Harris when he was confronted by a gunman who demanded his money. As the victim was handing over the money, he was shot, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The victim is in stable condition.
