YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, Mich. – An Ypsilanti Township man was shot in the leg Monday night during a robbery, The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office said.
The Sheriff's Office said the 39-year-old victim told them he was walking through an apartment complex in the 1100 block of South Harris when he was confronted by a gunman who demanded his money. As the victim was handing over the money, he was shot, the Sheriff's Office said.

The victim is in stable condition.
