DETROIT – Police are searching for a man involved in a shooting at a nightclub in Southwest Detroit.
The shooting happened July 5 at about 1:30 a.m. in the 6600 block of Michigan Avenue.
Video shows an altercation break out and the shooter pulled out a pistol, hitting a man with the gun before firing shots.
A 21-year-old man was shot in the chest. He suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The shooter is described as black, 25 to 30 years old, and has a stocky build. He was wearing a white T-shirt and red shorts at the time of the shooting. Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
