Photos show suspected thieves at Birmingham Seaholm High School

Police say 3 men in surveillance images stole from locker room

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. – Surveillance photos from Birmingham Seaholm High School show a group of men who, police say, are responsible for a recent rash of thefts.

The three young men went into the locker room of the school in the evening while wrestling and swimming meets were taking place. Police say they stole cellphones and backpacks from cars in the parking lot and from locker rooms.

Birmingham Superintendent Daniel Nerad released the following statement:

"This is a chance for us to review certain security procedures. We are fully cooperating with Birmingham police and we are confident everything is being done to identify those responsible."
