DETROIT – Chesterfield police are asking for help in identifying two persons of interest in the stealing of high-end fragrance products from Ulta stores located around Metro Detroit.
Anyone with information on the subjects pictured above and below is asked to call Det. Chadwick at the Chesterfield Police Department at 586-949-4255.
