DETROIT - A 45-year-old man on a bike was killed Wednesday night when, police say, he was struck by a drunk driver near Fenkell and Freeland Street on Detroit's west side.
Police say the 66-year-old driver blew a .19 in a breathalyzer test -- more than double the legal limit of .08.
The driver is in police custody.
