NORTON SHORES, Mich. – Surveillance video from a Norton Shores bar could help in the abduction case of a missing west Michigan mother.
In the video, the vehicle that wizzes past the bar is the gray minivan police are searching for in connection with the case of 25-year-old Jessica Heeringa. Heeringa, a clerk, was working at an Exxon Mobil gas station late Friday night when she apparently was abducted.

It wasn't until after she was gone that someone realized something was wrong.
A gas station customer called 911.

"There's nobody here," the caller said. "It wouldn't allow me to pump gas. I just walked inside, there's no one. There's a car here."
Heeringa's purse and car were left behind. The cash register was untouched.
"It's very suspicious, why there's nobody here," the 911 caller said.
Worried family and friends spent Monday passing out flyers. Police have ruled out several suspects in Heeringa's apparent abduction. Right now, identifying the driver of the gray or silver minivan, which could be a Chrysler Town & Country, is key.
"When I see so many people come here and say, 'Oh, I knew Jessica,' or even knew her just from work, take the time to come over and ask for help, I think it's a sign or what a unique young lady she was," said Diane Homrich, Heeringa's grandmother.
Police believe Heeringa may have known her abductor because there is no sign of a struggle. A task force has been formed to find her.
