DETROIT – Police are searching for a 15–year-old girl that ran away from home in Southwest Detroit.
Sharron Owens has been missing since March 26.

Owens’ mother said she ran away from their home in the 7300 block of West Navy Street.
She is described as white, 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 130 pounds. She has darker blond long hair and hazel eyes. Owens’ was wearing a gray zip-up sweatshirt with the word “PINK” on it, black leggings and purple Timberland boots.
Police said she was riding a black and pink Schwinn bicycle.
Sharron was a resident of Vista Maria and was on a home visit to her mother’s home.
