Pontiac man shooting at several family members' homes

No one injured in multiple Pontiac shootings

PONTIAC, Mich. – Police responded to two separate shootings Friday in which shots were fired into a residence in Pontiac.

The first incident occurred at a residence in the 500 block of Nebraska. The resident said that a family member is the suspect and that he is the same suspect as a shooting incident that occurred the night before, when the suspect shot at other family members in the 200 block of S. Edith.

While investigating Friday's incident, deputies learned that the suspect is believed to have fired shots into a third family member's home in the 500 block of Melrose earlier during the night.

No one was injured in either incident.

Oakland County Sheriff's deputies located used shell casings at both locations, and also located possible trace evidence at the Melrose residence.

The suspect is a 31-year old Pontiac man that has not yet been located.
