Rapist sought after New Year's Day attack in Detroit

DETROIT – Detroit police have released a sketch of a man they said raped a woman who was with her husband in a stalled car on the city's east side.

Police said the 55-year-old victim and her 63-year-old husband were in their car on New Year's Day in the area of Findlay and Dresden when a man approached them offering to help.

But the man then pulled out a gun and demanded money before sexually assaulting the victim, police said.
