Reward offered to find hit-and-run driver who killed Detroit man

William Sartor killed Feb. 3 while walking to his job on city's southwest side

DETROIT – Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to the hit-and-run driver who killed a 46-year-old Detroit man in February.

Police said William Sartor, also known as "Smokey," was walking to his job at McDonald's around 4:30 a.m. on Feb 3 when he was hit by a car. His body was found on the side of Fort Street near Rademacher Street.
