DETROIT – A Rochester Hills man has been charged for allegedly arranging to perform a sexual act on who he thought was a 14-year-old, but was really a police detective.
Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said detectives from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement (MACE) in February responded to an ad that was posted on an Internet site.Â

In a series of emails and text messages, Wickersham said Matthew Robert Jaworski arranged a sexual encounter with who he thought was a 14-year-old child.
On March 3, Jaworski drove to a location in Washington Township to meet the "child," but was arrested.
He was arraigned Wednesday on three counts of child sexually abusive activity and one count of using a computer/Internet to communicate with another to commit a crime.
He is in the Macomb County Jail on $200,000 bond.
