DETROIT – Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $4, 000 for information that leads to an arrest in a 2014 shooting on Detroit's northwest side that left a 9-year-old girl paralyzed.

India Williams was riding her bike on Charest Street on Sept. 14, 2014, when she was caught in the crossfire of gunshots between two cars that were speeding down the street. Two police officers who responded to the scene decided not to wait for an ambulance to arrive and took India to the hospital in their patrol car.
