Police said when Uzilov finally stopped, she slapped and punched officers who were trying to restrain her.

Her two children, ages 1 and 2, were found in their car seats unharmed in the back seat of Uzilov's SUV.

Police had originally tried to pull Uzilov over because she had been involved in a hit-and-run at Cass Lake Road and Kessler Avenue.
