Missing schizophrenic Pontiac man found safe

PONTIAC, Mich. – The Oakland County Sheriff's Office was looking for a man who, they say, suffers from schizophrenia and has been missing from his Pontiac group home since Thursday.

He was found safe on Friday.

David St. Arno, 61, last was seen 3 p.m. Thursday on Montcalm Street in Pontiac. The Sheriff's Office was concerned about his well-being because he is in desperate need of his medication.

He has never walked away from the group home before.
