Father's Day gets showers, storms; Monday to be cooler

Overnight lows in the low 60s

DETROIT – Happy Fathers' Day!

Sunday night will be cooler with partly cloudy skies. Overnight lows will be in the low 60s.

Monday will not be as warm or hot with some sunshine returning. Highs will be in the middle 70s. There will be enough instability for a chance of spotty afternoon showers.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low 70s.

Summer starts at 12:24 a.m. ET, Wednesday, June 21. A slightly wet pattern continues with partly sunny skies and scattered showers. Highs near 80 degrees.

Scattered rain remains possible with highs in the low and middle 80s Thursday and Friday.
