ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – St. Clair Shores City Manager Ben Hughes resigned from his position at Thursday night's City Council meeting.
Mayor Kip Walby did not offer a more detailed explanation for Hughes' resignation other than he left to go in another direction.
