Tiseo owned LPL Financial and volunteered with several organizations, including St. Isaac Jogues Church.

Tiseo was elected to the City Countil in November of 2011 and named mayor pro-tem in November of 2014. He helped establish a new skateboard park for Kyte Monroe Memorial Park.

Officials say Tiseo's name will remain on the ballot for the Nov. 3 election because there isn't enough time to re-print all the ballots. The mayor says administration is working on filling his seat on the council.

Tiseo's visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday and Friday at Arthur J. Vanlerberghe Funeral Home in St. Clair Shores. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Isaac Jogues Church.
