Modrzejewski is being held on a $250,000 cash/surety bond at the Macomb County Jail. He scheduled to appear in court April 14 for a preliminary examination.

"As a father and as attorney general, I understand our responsibility to secure justice for Michigan's most vulnerable victims by prosecuting predators who exploit children," said Bill Schuette, Michigan attorney general, in a news release. "Downloading child pornography is not a victimless crime -- the children in those pictures and videos are abused again and again by the predators that download and trade their image."
